New Jersey Serves Campaign
September 25, 11-3 Maplecrest Park, Maplewood NJ
The goal of the NJ Serves Campaign is to inspire New Jerseyites and ultimately all Americans to make random acts of kindness, and a humanitarian consciousness a way of life. It will also help raise awareness about the plight of animals, the environment, and the planet. It also seeks to inspire compassion and personal responsibility for creating a better world.
The day's events include local speakers, representives from various humanitarian causes such as animal rights, the environment, random acts of kindness and humane education. There will be live music and entertainment along with activities such as an Honoring the Earth Drumming Circle, and a kindness-walkabout.
